Durstexpress was at a critical inflection point when I joined. Growth was far below expectations, and the project was at risk of losing funding and being discontinued altogether. The immediate task was to design and execute an effective campaign under significant time pressure, with only six to eight weeks available to launch the campaign and for the campaign to demonstrate impact.
A holistic, multi-channel full-funnel campaign was developed and launched with a strong focus on speed and effectiveness. The setup combined digital performance channels with offline measures, including guerrilla activations and opportunistic out-of-home placements secured on short notice. This approach allowed us to quickly generate visibility and create initial demand.
